3.13 - Department Secretary of the Board of Directors:

  • Understand the call to ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the Board of Directors, at the request of the Dean.
  • Understand in the communication of the agenda for the meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Understand the ordering of all the necessary documentation for the work of the Commissions and meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Understand the recording of meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Understand the preparation of the minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Understand the preparation of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors.

 

3.14 - Department of Counseling and Pedagogical Management:

  • Understand the handling of information regarding the academic offers of the Faculty.
  • Understand in the planning of the diffusion campaigns and coordinate the realization of them.
  • Coordinate the Entrance Course.
  • Provide pedagogical advice to teachers.
  • Manage surveys to students.
  • Understand the analysis and monitoring of the academic trajectory of the students.
  • Understand and be part of the Student Follow-up Commission.
  • Understand and be part of the Study Plan Monitoring Commission.

3.15 - Accreditation Department:

  • Understand the management and coordination of the contents required by CONEAU in the Accreditation processes.
  • Understand the management and coordination of the computing resources required by CONEAU in the Accreditation processes.
  • Understand in the follow-up of the Improvement Plans arising from the Accreditation processes.

 

2.3 - ACADEMIC ADDRESS

MISSION:

Understand the programming and implementation of the process of admission and registration of applicants and the tasks inherent to the registration of students, in the processing of diplomas, final analytical certificates of study and all types of student certifications, in the processing of reincorporations, changes in careers, specialty, equivalences and passes, requested by the students, in accordance with the study regulations. Maintain updated the system of registration of data related to the academic and administrative trajectory of the students. plan and develop the statistical system of the faculty. Coordinate the requirement and verification of the designation of the lists of professors that will sign the examination records, with the heads of the academic departments of the Faculty. Verify the preparation of the examination records, the distribution, the completed reception, the verification and the remission of the corresponding duplicates to the Rectorate and the Calculation Center.

3.16 - Department Students:

4.1 – Division of Records and Files:

  • Receive the documentation related to the registration and enrollment of students.
  • Make the General Register of the Student in the Sysacad.
  • Verify the documentation related to the enrollment of the Student and make the University Book.
  • Understand the preparation and registration in the Sysacad of the Regularity Acts.
  • Understand in the preparation and signing of the Exam Proceedings and in the dump of them in the Sysacad.
  • Understand in the file of the Exams of Examinations and in the shipment of the same ones to Rector.
  • Understand the follow-up and updating of the students' files.

4.2 – Bedelía Division:

  • Understand the distribution and monitoring of Classrooms.
  • Understand in the conformation of the Chair folders.
  • Understand the preparation of class schedules, in collaboration with the Departments of Basic Matters and Specialties.
  • Understand the enrollment and re-enrollment of students for the course.
  • Understand in the Control and accreditation of Attendance of the Students to the different Chairs.
  • Understand the enrollment of students to take final exams and in the preparation of the Acts in the Sysacad.
  • Understand in the written notification to teachers.
  • Understand in the attendance control of the Teachers to Class and in the elaboration of the weekly part of absences.
  • Understand in the control of attendance of Teachers to Examination Tables and elaboration of the part of absences to Examination Tables.
 

3.17 - Department Certifications and Titles:

  • Understand the granting of several Certificates requested by the Students.
  • Understand the process of processing undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate degrees.
  • Understand in the register of graduates in the Sysacad.
  • Understand in the register of graduates who already had act of collation of degree.

 

3.18 - Department Contests:

  • Understand in the elaboration of the documentation for the beginning of the process of competitions.
  • Understand the control of the documentation budgeted by each contestant, verifying that it is complete and timely.
  • Understand in the publicity of the contests.
  • Understand the registration of the Applicants and the control of the submitted Documentation.
  • Understand in the coordination with the Juries and Veedores of the documentation to be presented and the delivery dates of the subjects for the draw and the date of the Public Class.
  • Understand in the making of certifications to the juries acting in the Contests.
  • Understand in the review of the opinions and all documentation issued by the Juries.
  • Understand the referral of relevant documentation to the Secretariat of the Board of Directors.
  • Understand in the assembly of the file to refer to the Superior Council.

 

3.19 - Library Department:

  • Understand the preservation and preservation of the bibliographic heritage.
  • Understand the management and control of the permanent inventory of the bibliographic collection.
  • Understand the registration and control of loans and return of bibliographic material made to students and teachers.

 

2.1.b - Department Management (Basic Matters and Specialty):

  • Preside over the Departmental Council and execute its Provisions.
  • Represent the Department officially.
  • Dictate Provisions on the academic and administrative government of the Department, in accordance with current regulations.
  • Convene departmental council meetings.
  • Convene the Cloisters, for academic or other purposes.
  • Report to the Departmental Council the absences of teachers.
  • Monitor the dictation of the different Chairs, the Theory / Practice relationship and the coincidence with the planning of the same.
  • To annually submit to the Academic Secretariat the corresponding reports on the fulfillment of the related obligations of the Teachers.
  • Administer the Student Surveys in conjunction with the Pedagogical Counseling Department.

 

3.b.1 - Secretary of the Department (Basic Matters and Specialty):

  • Collaborate with the Department Director for the fulfillment of its objectives.
  • Understand the call to ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the Departmental Council, at the request of the Department Director.
  • Understand in the communication of the agenda for the departmental council meetings.
  • Understand the ordering of all the necessary documentation for the work of the Commissions and meetings of the Departmental Council.
  • Understand in the recording of departmental council meetings.
  • Understand the preparation of the Minutes of meetings of the Departmental Council.
  • Understand the preparation of the Departmental Council Resolutions.

 

2.2.b - Direction of Term Careers:

  • Convene the Cloisters, for academic or other purposes.
  • To inform the Board of Directors of the absences of the Teachers.
  • To annually submit to the Academic Secretariat the corresponding reports on the fulfillment of the related obligations of the Teachers.

 

3.b.2 - Coordinator of Techniques / Postgraduates:

  • Monitor the dictation of the different Chairs, the Theory / Practice relationship and the coincidence with the planning of the same.
  • Give an account to the Coordinator of teacher absences.

 

3.20 - Academic Administrative Support Department:

  • Understand everything related to the tasks of support to the Director, the Secretary and the Coordinators.
